Oh my goodness they were so lovely! I was nervous and worried it was going to feel overwhelming but didn’t feel pressure to try things I didn’t want and she was so encouraging and lovely!

What a wonderful experience, plenty of wonderful dresses to look at and the lady helping us was amazing; she was knowledgeable, helpful and made us feel very comfortable and at ease.

Amazing staff especially the lady who helped us with the bridal appointment. I didn't feel rushed at all trying on the dresses, which I was kinda worried about. But she really made us feel comfortable and made the decision to buy my wedding dress such a lovely experience. 10/10 recommend:)

Wonderful! So pleased! I am plus size, and was worried about finding a dress that would fit me, let alone feel good in. I went by myself as my mother passed. The lady's friendly, calm, motherly presence pushed my nerves aside and we just had fun trying on dresses. So many of their dresses are brand new, just 'last season' styles (not that I could tell). I was lucky to find a beautiful princess dress that fit me like a glove.
